中国广播电视网络集团有限公司（以下简称：中国广电集团）是根据党的十七届六中全会“整合有线电视网络，组建国家级广播电视网络公司”精神，经国务院批复，由中央财政出资成立的中央文化企业。中国广电集团以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，实施“智慧广电”战略，坚持“有线 + 无线 + 卫星 + 国际传播 + 内容”协同发展，按照“着力加强党的建设，聚焦网络整合发展这一主线，打造融合业务平台、产业平台、控股企业管理平台”的工作思路，推动全国有线电视网络整合和智能化建设，努力将广播电视网络建成为兼具宣传文化媒体和综合信息服务特色的可管可控、安全可靠的新型融合网络，发挥主流舆论传播主渠道和国家信息基础设施的重要作用。 

China Broadcasting Network Corp.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred toas ""China Broadnet"") is a central cultural enterprise which isfunded by the central government and officially established onMay 28, 2014.

State Administration of Radio, Film and Television（SARFT）is responsible for the establishment and custody of ChinaBroadnet. On behalf of the State Council, the Ministry of Financeperforms the duty of the investor. SARFT and the Ministry ofIndustry and Information Technology（MIIT） will carry outindustrial supervision on the relevant businesses of ChinaBroadnet in accordance with their duties.China Broadnet is the market entity of the national cable TV

network to participate in tri-networks integration. It is also themain body for the the integration of national cable TV networks,the construction and operation of the national cable TV networkinterconnection platform, and the construction and operation ofthe China Broadnet mobile network.
