比亚迪股份有限公司成立于1995年2月，总部位于广东省深圳市，业务横跨汽车、轨道交通、新能源和电子四大产业，是掌握新能源核心技术、覆盖汽车全产业链，拥有电池、电控、电机核心技术的科技先驱。

弗迪电池立足新能源产业，是比亚迪集团为顺应市场化发展“孕育”而出的独立主体，具备电池100%自主研发，设计和制造的能力。产品覆盖消费类电池、动力电池及储能电池等，在电池技术、工艺、品质、装备、智能制造等方面堪称业界翘楚。

消费类电池事业部是弗迪电池三大业务模块之一，自比亚迪成立以来，深耕消费类电池超过25年，锂电电芯累计出货量超过50亿支。公司自1996年开始研发锂离子电池，2000年成为摩托罗拉首个锂电池中国供应商，2002年成为诺基亚首个锂电池中国供应商，2009年开始量产3C类软包电池，2013年涉足笔电电池业务，并发展为目前的核心业务之一，2019年比亚迪电池更名为弗迪电池，2022年依托大圆柱电池，切入小动力领域。

消费类电池目前的电池产品，主要包括3C电池和小动力电池。

3C电池主要应用于手机、笔电、平板、穿戴等产品领域，电池产品线非常丰富，包括方形铝壳、软包电池以及钢壳电池。相比软包电池，钢壳电池具备高能量密度以及高性价比的优势，将成为未来发展趋势。

小动力电池主要应用于便储、两轮车、A00级车等领域，以大软包和大圆柱电芯为核心产品。其中，大圆柱电芯主要包括4680和46120，有多极耳和全极耳方案，搭配不同的化学体系，包括磷酸铁锂、锰酸锂、锰铁锂、钠电等。产品具备高安全、长循环、高倍率、低成本的优势，满足不同领域的产品需求，同时也能够设计和制造各类电池包体，为客户提供一站式解决方案。

BYD was founded in February 1995 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. Its business spans across four major industries: automotive, rail transit, new energy, and electronics. BYD is a technological pioneer covering the entire automotive industry chain and possesses core technologies in batteries, integrated control systems, and motors.

FinDreams Battery, rooted in the new energy industry, is an independent entity spun off by BYD Group to adapt to market-oriented development. It has the capability of 100% independent research, design, and manufacturing of batteries. Its product portfolio includes consumer, power, and energy storage batteries. FinDreams Battery excels in battery technology, processes, quality, equipment, and intelligent manufacturing, making it a leader in the industry.

The Consumer Electronics Battery Division is one of the three main business modules of FinDreams Battery. Since the establishment of BYD, the company has been deeply involved in the consumer battery industry for over 25 years, with cumulative shipments of lithium-ion battery cells exceeding 5 billion. The company started developing lithium-ion batteries in 1996 and became Motorola's first lithium-ion battery supplier in China in 2000. In 2002, it became Nokia's first lithium-ion battery supplier in China. In 2009, the company started mass production of pouch batteries for 3C appliances. In 2013, it entered the laptop battery business, which has now become one of the company's core businesses. In 2019, BYD Battery was rebranded as FinDreams Battery, and in 2022, it entered the field of small-power applications based on large cylindrical batteries.

The current battery products of the Consumer Battery Division mainly include 3C batteries and small-power batteries.

3C batteries are mainly used in the fields of mobile phones, laptops, tablets, wearables, and other consumer products. Our diverse product line includes prismatic, pouch, and steel-can batteries. Compared to pouch batteries, steel-can batteries have the advantages of high energy density and cost-effectiveness, making them a future development trend.

Small-power batteries are primarily used in fields such as energy storage systems, two-wheeled vehicles , and A00-cars. The core products include large pouch and large cylindrical battery cells. Large cylindrical battery cells spearheaded by 4680 and 46120, with multiple-tab and full-tab solutions, paired with different chemistries, including LFP, LMO, LMFP, and sodium-ion. The products feature high safety, long cycle life, high-rate capability, and low cost, meeting the demands of various industries. FinDreams Battery can also design and manufacture various battery packs, providing customers with one-stop solutions.
